I've played the majority of the official Touhou shoot 'em up games, and this one may well be my favourite. Double Spoiler, expanding on its predecessor Shoot the Bullet (which I'm also kind of reviewing here as they're very similar), is a bit of a departure from the series's standard bullet hell gameplay.
