We view it as the start of a new genre, one where the story of games is told through the medium itself. Featuring archival materials, video features, playable prototypes, and more, The Making of Karateka tells the fascinating story of a game that was, in turn, pivotal to the cinematic storytelling we continue to see in games to this day.
