After spending some time with this game, and looking past some serious translation errors. I would say you have a good game, but it needs some major work. There are several times when I have had to start the game over, because the game said that I misdiagnosed despite checking every single possible diagnosis. I would not recommend this game to another player till you fix some of the issues that it has. Might I...

Warning: Asset Flip! "Good doktor" is an asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated someone else's example/template/tutorial game, changed the name/reskinned a couple of things, and submitted it to Valve as if it was their own game. This asset is also sometimes seen around the place under the name "mamadoktor" and it's a basic Unity asset pack for a simple "Doctor tycoon" game...
