An unfortunately bad exocution of a good idea. Mad Experiments: Escape Room is a game that tasks you with searching a small space for clues on how to reach an exit condition of some kind. As is true with most escape room style games, this game lives and dies based on the clues and puzzles. Decent and rather tricky at times. Particularly chapter 3 had a few toughies (hints are present if required). The three chapters each had a nicely distinct aesthetic and atmosphere. There was a smidge of a story, though it had little impact. Resolution options available were weird (no 2560x1440). There are time limits present (unless "Relax Mode" is enabled) which don't really serve any purpose. A few hours worth...

It was faster to guess puzzle solutions than solve them. Not very well designed.
