Important Update: Workaround Solution for Windows 11 Auto-Closing Issue
2023-12-27"Dear Players, We're reaching out to address a known issue affecting players who are using Windows 11. Some of you have reported that the game auto-closes approximately 60 seconds after launching. This is a recognized compatibility issue prevalent in many Unreal Engine projects, stemming from incompatibilities between Windows 11 and Unreal Engine's libcurl 7.47.1. Solution / Workaround: To resolve this issue, we recommend the following steps: Navigate to the following path on your computer: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\TimelessParadoxVR\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini Add the following two lines to the end of the Engine.ini file: UseLibCurl=false This modification will disable the use of LibCurl, solving the compatibility issues with Windows 11 and older Unreal Engine games.
