Though I loved the concept of Lovingly Evil, it ultimately fell short for me in its design and writing. Starting with the positives, the character creator was really cool and I loved all the fun customization choices. I really wish your player at least appeared in the corner and had some basic animations. I also liked the art and soundtrack, and some jokes made me laugh. Lovingly Evil fell pretty short for me. The concept is cute, and I can see what they were going for, but I don’t think it was executed very well. The gameplay ended up feeling boring, the characters weren’t very likeable, and I was often confused about what I was supposed to be doing or how to do it. The mini games were also pretty bad and honestly just made the experience more frustrating than fun.

As someone who doesn't really play dating sims I found this one enjoyable, no idea how well it represents the genre, but the characters were very fun and the writing cute.
