Heart's Medicine - Doctor's Oath

As much as i love the Heart's Medicine series, the gameplay was very ridged when it came to progressing through the story. I had to play the same levels over 10 times just to get enough stars to progress. It is just tedious and the other three games are not like that at all. I love the story and the characters but it isn't worth working through tedious gameplay.

As far as time management games go, this is a good one. Even before you unlock Elite mode, you can use the "next patient" button to get a bunch of people on screen at once. I like to have between three and five people going at once for a real challenge. Every level has it's own unique challenges, too, and you can unlock cool upgrades, level boosters, and side stories with the characters. As far as the story goes,...
