Chessmates v1.1 is released!

Hello, it's a small update to Chessmates. For now no any playable content were added, only few interface improvements and new music. Full list of features: 0. New GUI appearance. 1. Replaced (probably temporarily) pixel font by a vector font. 2. Added Credits button to Main Menu. 3. New background. 4. Added clickable button on right-top corner of the window. 5. Added turkish translation.

There is no chess, only chaos. Randomly spam fadrqsweqadsfwerafqwsrde to victory. Gamebreaking bug appeared for me in lvl 14. Game slowed down to a grind with no actual opponent or way to progress. 2 cornered knight chess moves out of 8

You just spam knight movements on top of your opponent multiple times to wear down their hitpoints. Generally, the mouse is slow, so spamming keyboard works better.

Chessmates is an unusual action game with a unique premise. You're a chess piece and you have to get to the exit square, following all the normal chess rules... fine... but in real time, while enemy pieces move relentlessly at you trying to kill you! So that's a pretty clever idea. Does it translate to an excellent, fun, memorable video game experience? Nope. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet...
