Commissar Catlov is a top-down shooter where you play as Catlov, a mediator of sorts in the war against Ratovski. Commissar Catlov is a depressing example of all the kinds of things that go wrong when you let anyone publish a "game" on Steam if they want to pony up the $100 entry fee. This is a top down shooter with retro pixel graphics. All the enemies are just sprites. The protagonist is a sprite of a cat. catlov has a huge hitbox the level restarts each time you pause and unpause and the enemies have aimbot
