The game is very good, and is even better for new players, as it is now free to play. BTW, if you try Silk Roads and like it, you can also buy Silk Roads II, which is really excellent and somewhat different.

"Silk Roads: Caravan Kings" is a simple trading game where you tycoon your way through running caravans on the silk road... which might be really cool if this wasn't just an ultra simple browser game (not sure if this was released as a browser game but it has all the same properties). So this looks like an old 1990's Adobe Flash game that you might play in a web browser, and the problem there is obviously Steam...
