No matter how many times I try to casually play this game from time to time it never gives anything but frustration after very few runs. It's painfully repetitive, to compensate for being incredibly short. Runs barely ever feel different and it just doesn't feel good as a roguelike at all. Just kind of boring, there's rarely any variety in runs and I see no reason to get anything more than health upgrades and cogs while zooming to the end of the stage. It doesn't have anything super engaging in its levels, more often than not they feel like gimmicks rather than a fun new thing to play around! same goes for the bosses: they are so dumbed down compared to the original game (I assume to not make them a...
