Details: • Family is gone and you can't lose because you didn't feed them • Map interface changed, now you only can see 3 spots info at once, the map is less crowded now • Character moves more flued on the map • You gen less money at the end of the level • Hands rotation is now on Right Shift

Controls are incredibly clunky, and when they inevitably cause you to die in the middle of a level, you get sent all the way to the beginning. Death mechanics that punishing are reserved for games with good controls
