You have to get out of a hospital filled with zombies. In the course of the passage, you need to inspect all the places so as not to miss something important. A large arsenal from knife to flamethrower, but a limited amount of ammunition will make you think about their consumption.

Another one of those games that doesn't allow you to invert the 'Y axis' on the mouse. Makes the game unplayable. Pushing the mouse forward to lower the nose should be the default position anyway, as that's how the joystick/yoke works in virutally every single aircraft ever made. instant downvote & would not recommend on that alone. It's a crucial aspect of gameplay.
