It's just "a game" of pressing left or right button. For instance, you hear a horse of your companion in the left ear so you have to press left button. Or you hear shots from the right so you press right button. Kinda insulting

For an arcade-style audio game, I think this was done to perfection. Even though it's your traditional spaghetti western-style story, I thought it was absolutely amazing! I love finding audio games that are made this well. I was diagnosed with glaucoma about three years ago, but it has progressed very quickly over the last two years.
