Removes isolated or noisy single pixels that do not belong to surrounding color regions. Replaces them with a context-aware neighborhood color to keep surfaces clean. Moved and renamed module : AI-based "Pixelart Cleaner Soft" has been renamed to "Pixel Art Denoiser Soft" and moved to the "Pixel Art Helpers" category.
