Lila’s Sky Ark

I didn't give this much time, but reading the other reviews confirm that my major gripe with it isn't going to go away with further play: You pick up one-use items like pots and throw them at enemies. No sword, no gun, just that.. Constantly running around picking up items to throw at enemies is just tedium/clunky/un-fun/annoying to me.

In the first few minutes, my immediate impression of the map is that I thought Lila’s Sky Ark would be a short, friendly Metroidvania game where we are collecting pots and lobbing them at any enemies that try to come near us. Yes, but not for everyone. I like throwing pots in Zelda top down games. If you don't, then best avoid this. It's a mellower top down action game, that still has some action, without the frenetic (albeit awesomeness) of Hades.
