2025-10-28NEW FEATURES • New Save Screen now shows percentage and progress of each Act when checking Ana’s Notebook. • Accessibility options added to the main menu, allowing you to enable or disable several features — including some new ones. • Visual feedback added for button events during interactions with certain enemies and while staggering — can be disabled. • Dynamic Stamina Bar for the character — can be disabled. • Improved Sanity System with new visual effects and particles emitted from the character’s head. • It’s now possible to discard consumable items, and you can no longer use consumables when at full health. MECHANICS ADJUSTMENTS • Ana no longer gets tired when running in areas without enemies. • Paranoia System is now more intuitive, with new effects, interactions, and obstacles that make the consequences of losing sanity clearer during gameplay.

• Some of Ana’s animations and actions are more fluid, such as Turning and using the Mirror to change scenes. VISUAL ADJUSTMENTS • More intuitive indication for doors and paths facing the camera. • New menus and updated HUDs. • Visual and audio tweaks for certain enemies. • Some in-game actions are now more dynamic and can be skipped with a command, such as saving the game or getting out of bed. • Added an indicator showing when the bedroom mirror is available. • Animated cutscene volume now adjusts according to the game’s master volume. • Ana’s new voice lines now give negative feedback when an interaction with certain puzzles isn’t possible. BUG FIXES • Linux users can now view video cutscenes properly. • Temporary checkpoints added at key moments to fix potential softlocks. • General fixes for unstable interactions, such as lights not turning on or inconsistent behavior between scenes. • General adjustments and balance improvements.
