Head 2 Head

Easy to play fighting game with plenty of cool attacks and fairly simple gameplay. Press directional buttons to dash back and forth, mix it up with attack, air-attack, anti-air-attack. Special moves require skulls which you obtain for defeating foes in survival mode.

im not playing this anymore, for 3 reasons. 1: it's been abandoned in Early Access. this has been without an update since 2024. 2: the developers are releasing a game in 2027 now, and that game looks 1-1 almost identical to this one. which I feel like might be a sign that, even if that game is better, they did just abandon this title in early access without any heads up or word of mouth, really. 3: the last time i...

plenty of people have tried simplifying the fighting game genre in a lot of ways, but this one hits a very calculated sweet spot most fall short of. also dear god that soundtrack RIPS.
