Haunted Hotel: Phoenix Collector's Edition

I generally like the Haunted Hotel Series but this one is underwhelming. Three hours playing time is extremely short for a game with a Bonus Chapter. Abrupt endings and reused backgrounds make for a lazy entry.

I like this game because it is visually appealing, It is difficult enough to challenge me but not so difficult that I lose interest. The hidden object scenes are also hard enough to keep me interested. The puzzles are a mixture of the ridiculously easy and really tricky. Okay, If you've played the other Haunted Hotel games, this is not like those. It felt like it was more mystery case files than Haunted Hotel. Also the ending to both the main game and the bonus chapter felt so unresolved. It's almost like they got all the way to the end and just didn't finish it out.
