I offered to do free localization work to fix this game's English translation. Many, many others have offered assistance in translating and localizing to other languages since its release. Instead of taking up the enthusiastic fans' offers, they decided to use AI for translations. This not only means countless people NOT being hired for work, but also shows how little YiTi/Gamera care about this game's community and...

The terrible broken english is made even worse when you realise they used AI to generate it instead of hiring actual humans, the community even volunteered to do it. The artwork is beautiful and the soundtrack is lovely but its let down by the writing and for a game that's mostly reading things, it's not great.

I really wish I could recommend this. The game is absolutely beautiful and I think it deserves to do well. It plays well, and it is great in nearly all aspects except for the most important one - The English translation is absolutely horrendous. It is a struggle to understand what they're trying to say half the time, and this is bad when it is a MYSTERY ADVENTURE game. I wish they would improve it but after a long...
