Sadly, this game fails to include essential modern features: no dark patterns, no habit-forming dailies, no FOMO pressure. It won’t turn any kids into braindead gambling addicts. There’s no obnoxious streamer-bait marketing with epic Twitch drops, no character slapped onto energy drink cans, no barely-relevant celebrity pretending they’re super hyped to play it. the best game by Joe thus far! the story is humorous and a joy to play through and the way you can interact with the paintings and smaller parts of them is incredible. i recommend this game the most out of all three.

Same dark humor and absurd brilliance as Four Last Things and The Procession to Calvary. A deranged collage of medieval art, sharp writing, clever puzzles, and a soundtrack that fits perfectly. Every joke lands, the pacing is great, and it never outstays its welcome. If you liked the previous games, this is an easy buy. If you didn’t… this one won’t redeem your soul either. 10/10 — joyfully condemned.
