Long time fan of the series starting from Disgaea 1. I understand the switch from 2D to 3D would result in some lack of polish. So I could ignore the awkwardness of some animations, and hopefully look forward to the next release. This is definitely worst of the Disgaea series. I restarted the game 3 times since my save file kept corrupting. I gave up entirely after the third time the save files corrupted. None of the fixes on the internet helped me, so I did the best fix possible: uninstall the game. Save your money and play Disgaea 1-5 (and D2 if you can somehow get your hands on it).

1) This game is not worth, in any way, the ridiculous price tag that has been put on it. It's a one and a half year old Switch game that has been ported over to PC. The high price is just there to gouge loyal fans of the franchise, before undoubtedly going on regular deep discount sale in a few months time. Note: I got 160+ hours on Disgaea 6 for the switch, so I've explored the majority of the game. Firstly, 70$ for a year old switch port you can buy for 35$. Buddy, that's 10$ more than Elden Ring. What is wrong with you. This is an idle mobile game that should've gone f2p.
