I was very excited for this one, and it is not horrible, but everything is very underdeveloped, moves far too quickly and is more two-dimensional than a cardboard cutout.

Not what I was expecting from a Heart's Choice game. Extremely short, the plot happens far too quickly to enjoy any of the interesting parts of the story, and the romance is EXTREMELY rushed. Disappointed :/

Overall, it was an enjoyable game. It's definitely not the deepest story, and the stat choices were written very obviously. However,I loved playing and taking care of the little boy, who was actually written fairly realistically for a child. The romantic interests are decent, even if the romance goes fairly quickly. I wouldn't buy it if it had been any more expensive, but it was a decent play.

I am on the fence about recommending this one. While it's certainly written well, I feel like there could have been more fleshing out done to the characters. Maybe I still need to go read it some more but the characters suddenly becoming attached to my character felt unrealistic, which is ironic considering that this game employs some fantasy elements. The final part as well felt a bit rushed and suddenly flung...
