"Unnamed Arcade Engine" is not really a game engine. It's made using Unity - which is a game engine - and can't export standalone applications. And of course it's also incredibly limited as the only "game" you can make with it is a very basic top-down shooter. To add insult to injury the "engine" doesn't even contain a map editor. Instead you are supposed to use MS Paint or (better) graphics software of your choice...
