Cyclone - Update

An update has been released for Cyclone. These changes were available on the preview branch prior and now have been pushed to the default branch. Changes in this update are: • The energy ball bounces now properly reflect off of surfaces. There's no puzzle that needs this but if for what ever reason you nudge a ball at a slanted wall, it'll reflect as expected. • Fixed issues with fullscreen mode when playing on the Steam Deck. • Box model polygon count reduced by 864 polygons.

I feel like this is a unique enough twist on Portal to be worth your time, however I did find the game a bit mechanically weak, and did not struggle very much with the test chambers I played. Basically a Portal fan-game, and pretty cool one :) What can I say, it works pretty well, loading times are almost non-existent, its not buggy and doesn't crash :) Game ramps up the difficulty gradually, so if you pay attention, you probably won't get stuck at anything. After few levels I got bored of the monotonous bland white aesthetic, some more variety in environment as you progress would be a nice reward for...

I'm about a half hour into this game, and so far it's been really fun! It takes the familiar style of the Portal games and puts a unique twist on it. So it feels familiar, but not like a clone. The puzzles start off pretty forgiving, introducing you to new mechanics as you go, allowing you time to settle in and figure out how the different mechanics can combine to solve each room.
