Desktop Hacker

This fills a niche. Kind of a entree into hacking games. Contrary to many other hacking games, this one doesn't rush you or tries to artificially make things exciting just by putting you on a clock or other time-limits. I like the focus on the console. The introduction of tools is nice and gradual and the length is quite good too. There's some breathing room with the mission board and the ability to ignore the chat...

Game isn't bad... I enjoyed many of the game play elements (except for pandora). I even found the story enjoyable. With that said the game doesn't feel finished. There are features that don't feel fully realized. It is also buggy. A neat little story-driven hacking game. Does away with the time pressures a lot of other hacking games have, which I appreciate. The game does tell you what to do a lot, at least early on in the game, so if you're looking for more puzzle/challenge than story that's something to be aware of.
