To play the game in Non VR mode, you must opt in to the beta by going to your game properties, choosing betas, and choosing the non VR branch. ( Unfortunately I couldnt figure out how to set it up the other way )

A Night With Gigsjaw VR is a small VR horror game that I think understands what makes this kind of experience work.
