I loved this game at first. The physics, combined with the mechanics, punchy controls, and a bit of chaos, made the platforming incredibly satisfying. A great two-hour concept bloated into an exhausting eight-hour slog. The opening is excellent. The movements and mechanics are fast and clever, the physics-driven puzzles have momentum, and the art direction sells the biomechanical decay. Then the game stalls. Levels stretch far beyond their depth, and meaningful ideas arrive too late, when fatigue has already set in. Deaths are frequent and often feel punitive...

I got this game because I like physics platformers, but it turned me into a speedrunner. I can't stop trying over and over for better times, evolving my tech to climb the leaderboards. The madness has overtaken me, a prisoner of my own quest for schmoovement.
