The idea of the game is very promising, the idea of being in the shoes of a palliative nurse making important decisions that would influence the game really appeals to me. However, I am assuming that this game is made by a single developer or a small team, because the story is extremely short. There is little decision making involved that properly influences the game and the total run time is about 1 hour, basically...

I'm only two days in (IG) and I absolutely love this game. The patients are endearing and have their own specificities, without falling into the crude cliché. We learn the basics of how palliative care works, but the game does not overwhelm us with information. I already have my favourites! i'll edit this comment when I'll be finished with the game. EDIT: I have changed my review to do not recommend as it has been a decent amount of time since launch with no updates or any public statement about the future of the game. The game is very expensive for what you get. Until The End is a unique visual novel, and it provides an experience which is hard to put into words.
