MiniTrans is a surprisingly interesting city planning game because it makes me think on a much larger scale than most city builders. Instead of focusing on individual streets and buildings, I am planning an entire metropolitan region with main cities, satellite towns and transportation networks connecting everything together. I liked this broader perspective because it makes the game feel more like regional planning...
