Yomawari: Lost in the Dark

there’s something oddly delightful about walking alone at night in a game with such a cute,childlike art style.for me at least,cute visuals + a quiet night stroll = pure enjoyment,even if others might call it dull or boring. perhaps most people dont need a game to teach them its okay to walk alone at night and find it beautiful. but i did and it was there.

Even though this is a threequel, it remains charming, especially for those who enjoy searching for mysticism in everyday places that change with the onset of darkness. Pleasant characters, almost complete freedom, just you, a flashlight, and the nighttime ambient. It's sweet, scary, sad, and captivating. I didn't like it as much as the 2nd game but it was still a nice time. I don't really agree with the direction to make progression more free but its still a cute game.
