Endless?? Yes. But its tediously the same all through. Injuries Random?? No. All the same. Different play throughs?? No. Same wounds, same hands just different character portraits. Last words: If the wounds randomised with different amounts the game would be a little more interesting. For the price tag - AVOID!

It's just a time killer. I bought it at a summer sale for fun and the game was very addictive. I don't know how to explain it, but I just didn't notice how 3 hours flew by.

Feel like a surgeon and restore the hands of all patients given the various extremes. Carefully examine patients' limbs, take medical action, and repair hands, whether they are fractured, dislocated, or dissected. The game will teach us how to take first aid and not to faint.
