Hearthkeeper is a fantasy colony simulator, with rpg and platformer elements. Your characters will require food, water and shelter as the seasons change and the world turns. Plant crops, build structures, defend against raiders and beasts, research technologies and much more.

Version 1.4!

2025-12-11

Version 1.4 brings the following fantastic stuff! Stuff 1: A new system for progressing through the game which involves coins that one uses to unlock stories and customize starting position and group in World mode. Stuff 2: Towns have been improved. Stuff 3: Some more items and creatures, and there's a bestiary now so you can see the stats of the creatures you encounter. Lots of good stuff!

I think this game has potential, and I gave it a shot but found the UI to be extremely frustrating. Things like closing windows or trying to build a house- ugh. I did the tutorial but it still seems really clunky. :(

The game has great potential. If its style and system were refined, it would be wonderful. However, the tutorial is insufficient, so it is difficult to understand the game. I hope you continue to develop the game so that it becomes more enjoyable to play :)

The game is okay. Unpolished, clunky and still a work in progress but it has potential. As for developer: you need to test things and expand the tutorial. This project looks good so far and have some interesting things in it. I have also noticed that the game ♥♥♥♥♥ itself when you try to melee strike anyone for no reason. If you need some free testing i would be willing to since i already have the build
