Powers of Hex

Hard but mostly fair game that plays a lot like megaman. Not for everyone, but an above average game for it's target audience. Play on easy unless you have patience or infallible reflexes. Very stable and smooth framerate with a very clean presentation. Looks slightly better in motion than the demo video on steam.

This is very well made game that would feel at home in any 80's arcade. Quite challenging so not for the faint of heart but great fun and so satisfying when you beat the levels. It does have a bit of a bullet hell vibe to it so you better be good at dodging or shooting down projectiles. Overall 9/10 Might give a more Comprehensive review when i have beaten all the levels :D

To many things are wrong with the game mainly being the enemies that are like little explosions can spawn around you and at the most I had 5 of them cascading down onto me so I couldn't do anything this happens more often than not. Also no instructions on controls I mashed my keyboard trying to see if I can get some magic to shoot but was uneventful. The art is nice and a lot of attention and effort was put into this...
