The fact that you cannot automate the dropping of flies is what makes me give this game the negative review, THERE IS NOTHING IDLE about this game

I want to recommend this game on it's premise alone (collecting frogs sounds awesome to the average idle creature-collector fan without much need to dress it up), however, Croakoloco doesn't quite tickle my brain in the way I really wanted it to. Gameplay loop-wise it's much like any other creature collector; buy random frog from packs, hope for the rarity you need to finish a pack collection, repeat with next...

I like the concept of collecting frogs and the art style, but... the game isn't balanced well. Buying frogs, breeding, getting new tanks, and upgrading capacity gets really expensive very quickly, but the income boost that we get from these benefits/upgrades is very minimal. It might be better if you left the game open all the time in the background, but progression still seems too slow. There's also an option to...

It's a strange one, actually. Not really idle, and not too active; no difficulty curve but a bit of a slog towards the end; no clear goal but strangely compelling to let it run for an extended amount of time. Or maybe it's just me? Anyways, you can try the demo first.
