Doesn't even run on modern hardware. Barely ran back in 2009, too. An unfinished glitchy mess made by a bunch of glorified scammers. Arguably one of the first scam games to end up on the Steam storefront and inexplicably still here despite the story (such as it was) back in the day was riddled with so many bugs and hard locks that I couldn't even finish it. An archaeological curiosity, nothing more.
