Update: The game is a 5/10 and that's only if you accept its shortcomings generously. After an additional 10 hours I am happy to report that I was right. The terrain remains an insurmountable obstacle. Scaling in size and owning all of your neighbors is pretty fun, however, and I think if you already own the game and can't refund it, it's worth playing through to that point. Great little game. The challenge is to stay afloat economically, with other challenges as well, but the main 'puzzle' is how to grow sustainably. has some GREAT IDEAS THAT I CANT SEEM TO REMEMBER EVER BEING USED IN SIMILIAR GAMES, for them alone it is worth trying this game. As a classical archaeologist, I am very excited about this game. To include so many cities and so much detail is amazing. It is very fun as is, but there are a few improvements that I think should be made: I think I should be able to see how much my production buildings/farms produce.
