I haven't finished a run with this game, but sadly, after 3h, for non-chinese-speaking people, I have to say "no" on this one.
My main criticism is that the English subtitles are very inconsistent. I'm accustomed to English subtitles feeling "weird" in these games: some weird phrases and words. I fully understand the huge different between Chinese and English (BTW, I learned some Japanese myself). That would be...

Beautiful cast, nice menu music, cool idea.
The game lack of background music, some scene talking way too long and it just dead silence in the background.
Chapter 4 put me to sleep tbh, it so much talking without English translation. Overall, it's an ok game.

(1) actresses with good acting
(2) pretty actresses, some even goddesses level beauty
(3) can directly play this game offline after first online connecting to steam
(4) did not encounter any bug of cannot start this game
(5) some scenes are really funny
(6) some kung fu fight scenes
