hardly a game, more like learning mouse controls software. no sound and controls settings broken level #31

I was enjoying this simple fun game until I got stuck on one level caused, I think, by a bug. I spent a long time, trying every conceivable angle, but no joy. The ball just 'bounced' away as it approached the hole. Maybe there is a solution, but as it's impossible to move on until each level is successfully completed, I posted a request for help or advice, but absolutely no acknowledgement or help was forthcoming...
