[PATCH 0.2.008] SHOTGUN AND MACHETE

Hey everyone! The shotgun and machete are finally here! Let us know what you think about them, so we can tune stuff and make them more fun! Shotgun: A new gun is available in the shop. Its a shotgun, pretty self explanatory. Machete: All players now have a machette they can access at any time. Press V, Middle Mouse Button, or either side mouse buttons to access it whenever you want. It does a good bit of damage and can save you in a pinch. Other small changes: • Keybinds have been updated to show the new keybinds for quick access to menus, weapons etc. • Controller inverted aim should now work.

This is a truly excellent start to a game! My understanding is that it is only a few months old, but the core gameplay is already great. Containment Corp, Inc. (gotta love the redundancy) is S.T.A.L.K.E.R. meets Phasmophobia meets Left 4 Dead. It's got the "exclusion zone" feel, then the ghost (sorry anomaly) hunting feel and both work great alongside fighting zombies. Given that the game is in early...

The devs said they're working on it, but there's been a massive lull on updates. I hope they stick with it. I think indie devs feel like if their game doesn't go viral, that it's a failure, but that's simply not true. I hope they get some updates out soon.

simply incredible, only complaint is that i lost all my progress and access to my first 100 skins after uninstalling the game (no steam cloud issues im sure) and the UI doesnt seem to fit on screen (overflows on the left for me) and with no resolution settings makes it difficult to work around, but overall very fun and ominous
