Insanely overbuilt game; over half the time in game was spent watching repetitive animations. We weren't even able to finish a game; two separate hosts had the game crash and neither was able to recover the game session. Not sure how you manage to screw up such a simple board game but Ubisoft definitely managed to do it

Look, I like Monopoly, it's a fun if cut-throat game. But Ubisoft really ♥♥♥♥ the bed here. The presentation for the "living board" is *far* worse than Monopoly Plus (which it supplanted), the lack of there being changes based on the houses and hotels built *alone* sinks it. The little "find the hidden tokens" thing is pointless, it's not in any way fun and just hides WAY TOO MUCH INPUT NEEDED. One of the...

Bro this game’s RNG is so ass it’s actually impressive. I came here to play Monopoly, not to get personally bullied by the dice. The rolls feel like they’re on some “let’s ruin this guy’s day” schedule. One player gets magical escape rolls and perfect card pulls like they paid extra, and you’re over here landing on every expensive tile like the board is magnetized. You can play smart, do trades, build properly…...
