A hotfix for FHM11, version 11.4.52, has just been released. This is a very small fix: one of the data changes in the previous hotfix would, under some specific circumstances, make an existing save unloadable if the player involved was a free agent in the save. There are no other changes.

Good hockey game overall. There are some issues with the game though. Major items I've run into are in player generation and media, owner, and player interaction. The player generation really favors certain stats to the point that it makes me question the generation method. Controversy is especially high on new players. This is the worst hockey sim I have ever seen. Teams trading Adam Fox for a 2nd, Nick Suzuki for a 4th liner, etc. AI is useless at managing cap space, putting guys like Faber, Dunn, Montour on waivers. Free agency still having 2nd liners in November because none of the teams have space. Uninstalled, game crashes way too much. Spent more time building a custom game then playing due to the instability and crashing.

Definitely has it's issues and it's not as in depth as OOTP Baseball, but its the best Hockey franchise game available, I can't support EA and their trash anymore and EHM 07 hasn't been upgraded in ages. Been playing since FHM3 and there's been improvements, but it's slowed down over the last few years, I wish they would work on a 3D engine eventually but I bet the budget isn't there.
