Great game in its time, although it's tough to get into now with the gameplay mechanics of modern MMORPGs. If you can gather a small group of friends to dedicate time to this game, you're definitely in for a treat.

Excellent game . pvp , guild v guild etc looks good. huge amount of content especially when you get the expansions.

Had my ArenaNet account compromised at some point while taking a break from the game. Came back to it and couldn't log in so I contacted support. After support acknowledging that the account had been compromised and me jumping through hoops to verify my identity I was told they couldn't help me without any explanation as to why.

Very fun and easy to learn. Lots of quests you can do on your own as well as with others. Really enjoyable. Haven't played the second one yet but know some things about it. If you are more into graphics I'd say just buy the second one...although this one isn't bad by any means. Anyway, spent many hours and many sleepless nights on this fun RPG!
