STEM Defense now speaks 31 languages
2026-08-14Biology has no borders. Now neither does the game. This update brings STEM Defense to 30 new languages — from Brazilian Portuguese to Thai, from Ukrainian to Traditional Chinese. What got translated • Every menu, button and tooltip • All towers and upgrades, names and descriptions • The full Microbiology section — 28 bacteria and 10 immune cells • The enemy panel, Health and Speed included • The turret priority selector How to change language Open Settings and look for the Language card. Pick one by hand, or leave it on Automatic: the game follows your Steam language first, then your system language. Under the hood • Non-Latin scripts — Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Thai, Russian, Greek — now render with the game's own outline instead of dropping to a bare system font • Text shrinks to fit on its own when a translation runs longer than the English original
