Hotfix v0.9.808 Hey Commanders, Fresh batch, straight from your reports: - Units freezing and taking turns to move in crowded battles is fixed. TrashPanda's repro cracked this one for the modifier players, thank you! - Upgrade prices were stuck at 2.00B. They scale properly again, so endgame prestige actually costs something. - Money now works correctly at very high balances. If your wallet is in the trillions, kills were paying you nothing. Saves are safe. - The base was taking random damage with nobody around (thanks jfc517). Helicopters flying over it were secretly triggering the capture zone. Aircraft can't capture ground anymore. - The Weapon Count modifier showed a penalty at the default 4 weapons (thanks Blackdog). It now shows the real values. - Ambient sound no longer keeps playing when the game is paused or over.

It's a pretty nice arcade snack game. The single dev is pretty active and adamant on bugfixing and improving the game. Not sure what negative people expect at this price point, its not a sim game. You go on a sortie, get points and upgrade your weapons and go on again. Not a hard concept to grasp.

It's fun but at the moment it's not worth the full price nor the 6 bucks I paid for since it's on sale. Having buttons that do nothing on the main menu is pretty dumb. Using GenAI for anything outside the very early concept stage is unfavourable.

I like the idea but the gameplay is honestly very very basic... You just keep clicking the whole time. I disagree that the missions are very different between runs, it's the same gameplay every time. Honestly not recommended but I am not going to give it a negative review, maybe they'll continue developing. Updates seem very sparse

Every mission feels the same. Upgrades don't make sense. For example adding 1 infantry does nothing even at the very first upgrade. So, why is that even an upgrade? The mission is protect the base but enemies walk right in through fences/walls and you'll drop enough ordinance on your own base to make a crater but that keeps the base safe? Doesn't make much sense. Super grindy so you'll play 10 missions without...
