Interesting and fun idea - game has (as far as I can tell) zero actual options. This includes things like sound and resolution. The text itself looks fuzzy/pixelated, could be user error but I think it has to do with the resolution settings.

At first it seems a bit simple, but it's oddly addicting. Oh and the soundtrack fits very well. There is no story or overarching plot. You just create your fleet and move on to levels / enemy fleets that get increasingly harder to beat.
