Don't mind me, just a few more bugfixes. Fixes • Crash: Upon eating food after drinking water to clear your food queue • Crash: A couple crashes relating to a few shopkeeper interactions in Co-op* • Bug: Charged Magic 101 book does not work • Bug: Chain lightning fails to cast at odd MAG values of 7 and above • Bug: Game softlocks if one player descends the stairs in Co-op while the other player's controller is disconnected • Bug: Only one player can control the quit game dialog box • Bug: Portal only works when placed on floors and ceilings • Bug: Enter/Return key doesn't work as a fallback default to confirm in textbox pop-ups *Multiple players talking to the shopkeep at once may still act strangely but it at least shouldn't crash any more.

The dev is super awful at honoring his commitment to the Kickstarter and players who purchased this in EA, he's repeatedly done very minimal spaced out updates, and recently released news saying that after working on UFO 50, he was not directing his attention back to this game, but rather making a WHOLE NEW GAME. Please do not support any of this guys future games or this one until he locks the ♥♥♥♥ in and stops...

If you're here in 2026 looking at the game as it is of writing, you should definitely not be buying it at a full price of $15.99. it's the shell of what could be a great game, but it is not finished and unlikely to be.

It's an understatement to say that this game had potential. It's such beautiful mashup of platforming, rogue-like, metroidvania games that it should have been a major success. From the unique mechanics to the insane level system, again it should have been a major success. But the dev abandoned this gem. It's been in early access for over 10 years at this point.
