Diverse gameplay (stealth, typical RPG etc.), scenes are nice, smooth gameplay. Get the patch :)

I'm 18 hours deep and I'm not even close to 100 percenting this game yet. There's just so many options, so many H-scenes and so much to do. So far I've gotten 2 endings and I'm just loving how even at this point I'm still noticing new things that I didn't catch on my first or second playthrough.
