I'm trying and failing to properly explain why this game hits, but frankly it's just that it feels like home. It's the wreckage of what I know now as home, but it still hits the same despite that. Very happy to have stumbled upon this.

It says a lot that the young ones are pretty much giving their lives away just to live a little bit longer while doing errands for older, wealthier people.
Everything is hauntingly beautiful: the soundtrack, the images, the prose… Hopefully this game will get the recognition it deserves

damn, I was not expecting the religious trauma to rear up while playing this, but if it wasn't the most beautiful writing and art i've experienced recently. Maybe im attaching my own biases to it, but very much felt a tinge of the all too familiar queer experience of home being something different, whether that be nuclear fallout, or others unacceptance of who you are now. And the wordage of god being a moving form,...
