I've played 100% of this game and unfortunately can't recommend it.
The game is fun for the first few hours, but after you lvl up one of your employees to the max, theres just not much to do.
The only thing to do is sitting in the garden, making sure the monsters don't fight each other, and finish their missions.

• All the interactions with the monsters are so adorable, the way they go up to you, dance, how they interact with toys and furniture, sometimes I find myself playing with them just because. Just throwing them and seeing them fall over is so pointlessly funny lol

I picked this up for my wife and me thinking it would be a cute game to play together. For about 4 - 5 hours, it was. There was new stuff at a decent clip and while the game wasn't amazing there was a decent amount of variety and it kept us engaged.
Cut to 10 hours later. We're still doing the same stuff that we were doing at hour five. No other meaningful mechanics have been added. We are toiling away, trying to...
